Refund policy

At Golf Sowaht, every piece is carefully produced and inspected prior to shipment.

If a size adjustment is needed, we have implemented a clear and structured process to assist you.

Size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In perfect condition

  • With original tags attached

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges apply to size only

  • The model and color must remain the same

  • The item will be inspected upon return

  • Once approved, the new size will be shipped

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The replacement size is shipped free of charge on our end.

If an Exchange Cannot Be Completed

If a size exchange cannot be completed (out of stock or exceptional circumstances), store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Store Credit (if applicable)

  • Non-refundable

  • Valid exclusively on golfsowaht.com

  • No expiration date

Store credit is issued exceptionally when an exchange cannot be fulfilled.
It may not be used to bypass exchange rules related to model or color.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Proof of Shipment Required

For any exchange request, please provide:

  • Tracking number

  • Full name

  • Order number

Defective Products

If an item presents a manufacturing defect or does not match your order, we will take responsibility and offer, as appropriate:

  • Store credit

  • Or a refund, in accordance with applicable laws
