How to choose the right size ?

We recommend reviewing the size chart carefully on each product page. If you’re between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Do your garments run true to size ?

Yes. Our garment feature a regular fit, designed for comfortable everyday wear. They are neither too small nor too large.
How should I care for your garments to preserve the print and the fabric ?

To preserve the quality of the fabric and ensure long-lasting print durability, we recommend simple and mindful care.

Washing

Wash your t-shirt inside out in cold water (30°C / 86°F maximum), using a gentle cycle and a mild detergent. Avoid bleach, harsh stain removers, and prolonged contact with chemicals.

Drying

Air dry whenever possible, away from direct heat. If using a dryer, choose a low temperature and a short cycle (5–10 minutes), always inside out.

Ironing

Iron at a moderate temperature (up to 110°C / 230°F), without steam, and avoid direct contact with the print. If needed, place a protective cloth between the iron and the design.

Following these care guidelines helps maintain the look, comfort, and longevity of your garment over time.
Do the colors of the garments and prints accurately reflect what is shown on the website ?

We do our best to display accurate images. However, slight color variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting conditions.

What if the size doesn’t fit ?

If a size adjustment is needed, we offer a clear and structured size exchange process.

Exchanges apply to size only, according to the conditions outlined in our exchange policy.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it ?

Once an order is confirmed, it is quickly sent into preparation. For this reason, changes or cancellations are generally not possible.

If a mistake was made, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed ?

A confirmation email is sent as soon as your order is successfully placed. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
How do promotional codes work ?

Promotional codes can be entered at checkout. Only one code may be applied per order.

What are the shipping fees ?

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

• Free shipping on orders of 3 items or more

Do you ship to international destinations ?

At this time, we ship within Canada only.

Size exchanges & fit
Can I exchange an item if the size doesn’t fit ?

Yes.

Size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in perfect condition
  • with original tags attached

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

The replacement size is shipped free of charge.

Exchanges apply to size only (same model and color).
Can I exchange multiple items from the same order ?

Yes.

Each item must meet the eligibility conditions. Return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.
